I am amazed that the ratings aren't higher on this product!! These are truly the best and easiest to use arch supports that I have ever purchased on Amazon (or elsewhere). I found that the adhesive backing held them in place in most shoes. The fixative on the pad is great — it is obviously strong when you pull it from the backing. The issue lies on the shoe bed. If it is soiled or a spongy material it may not adhere as well. For me, I only had one pair of shoes with a surface that it did not stick as solidly. With pressure and use, I'm sure it would stay put. I also found the size worked great for me. I wear women's 6.5 shoes. I actually have high arches (not flat feet), but I need these because even top brand shoes seem to lack good arch support. Also, the arch pad is sufficiently thick and comfortably soft and a bit squishy. I would highly recommend them — I'm ordering more!!!

These arch supports are comfortable and once fitted properly within your shoe, to fit your arch, they are extremely comfortable. I had to play with mine a bit, before I had them so they supported my foot in the perfect spot, but once I was able to do that, I was amazed at the instant comfort, support and pain relief these allowed. The package I selected offers several colors which I love because they truly blend into the colors of most shoe inserts or soles. They work great in sandals, too. The adhevise is excellent and allows for many adjustments without losing the "stay-in -place" quality. I plan to repurchase and place these in all of my shoes.

These inserts stick well to rubber, foam, and plastic surfaces, and provide great support—not just for flat feet but also for high arches. Just note: they don’t adhere to cloth insoles. Still, they’re durable, comfortable, and make a real difference.

Inconsistent from package to package. Previous ones we bought were different size, shape and thickness. Still works, but I already got used to the other ones

I have a pair of Vans that I can’t wear because they have no arch support. The regular inserts don’t work because they take up too much space inside the shoes that they don’t fit when I wear them, I can’t take the original insoles out because they’re glued in. These are great because they provide arch support without taking up space in the shoes. They are gel so they are a bit firm (I was hoping to find foam ones). It takes some work to position them just right so they don’t hurt but I had no issues with the adhesive repositioning and wearing them multiple times. They peeled off easily and didn’t budge when I re-applied. It would be even better if the height of the arch support was a tiny bit lower but so far so good, I’ll keep wearing them to see how they feel as time goes on

These are great arch add-ons to shoes that may not have enough support, the sticky backing adheres well to the different shoes I have put them in. The arch isn't too hard and is very comfortable on my feet. I would order these if you have ankle or knee issues, they really helped my OA Knees. I have been wearing shoes that my podiatrist recommended because they have a good arch support but after years of wearing them I learned from my Chiropractor that the arch isn't high enough for me and it is making my Fabia mis-align with my knee, contributing to my Osteo Arthritis.

The items work very good. Easy to apply inside shoes. I can feel the difference the first day.

To hard made my feet hurt more ...update the company contacted me due to 1stsr review and was willing try to make things better , unfortunately this was not possible so the company refused my money. I will order from this company again jut not those inserts
