Rust Eraser

I bought this because I needed to clean and restore a sword, which had been badly cared-for, and was covered in rust (and other things as well...). I had never even attempted to clean a rusted blade, or anything else for that matter, and had no clues how to go about it. A friend recommended that I get a rust eraser, and this is the one I went with. It worked wonders.Make no mistake, it takes a lot of elbow grease to clear rust from anything, and this sword was no exception. However, after about an hour of concentrated effort, the blade was almost completely cleared of rust. I wouldn't say it was like new, but there was no visible rust left on the sword, and it was at least presentable again. There was some very light scarring left behind, simply because the sword was in such terrible shape. But, you had to be close to the blade to see it, and even then it was hard to really tell what it was.So, if you need to clean up some rusted tools, or, like me, a sword blade, I would recommend this rust eraser. Definitely worth the money.
