ChefWave Káva Espresso Machine

Excellent, fast, easy to use, and makes piping hot coffee. I used a Nespresso for a long time and switched to this one. Highly recommended.

Me gustó que es compatible con las cápsulas que uso normalmente y no ha dado ningún problema desde que la empecé a usar usar. Tiene un diseño bonito y ocupa poco espacio en la cocina. La recomiendo

Hope you get a working one! Second time I’ve purchased a chef wave and both did not work. One was refunded and another I can’t locate an order number too so hold on to your receipts guys!!! If you happen to get it as a gift or can’t locate your info the 1yr manufacturer warranty , it doesn’t exist. Most reputable company go off cereal numbers and can look up time of purchase. However make sure u have all your paper work because they will trick you by telling you they will have a replacement sent out if you cut the chord to the one you currently have. Without replacement. I was calling initially for tech support seeing as how Amazon refunded me. Chef wave was given the order number in regards to this broken piece of crap so that i can try to salvage or fix this broken machine as opposed to letting it take up space in the dump. When they gladly agreed to replace it they reneged on the deal and stated per policy they could not replace after i had damaged the old one. In a nut shell I have two broken coffee machines. Was refunded for one and treated with disrespect by customer service. No wonder nespresso is the leading brand in machines. I’d trust nespresso over a company who also try’s to solicit you to buy cameras while your on hold with customer service. They stated no manager on duty. Would not give me an email to a supervisor and basically made up policy over the phone where nothing is in writing. Hailey Chris and Siadd were the representatives talked to and probably the only three who work there as when I called I was number one in the cue and all of three reps knew who I was before I even spoke to anyone. If I could give a negative star I would.

My Mixpresso finally conked out after many years, so it was time to suck it up and get a new espresso machine. This one is so similar - same design on the reservoir, similar loading for the capsules. I didn't even need to read the instructions... I had it up and running immediately. I brewed 2 nespresso-style pods and made a great cup of hot espresso. I love that I can drop in regular or decaf pods and have exactly what I want. Great machine.

This is little, sits great on the counter. The power chord sticks out in the back a little, so it can't sit flush against the wall. The little holder for the cups isn't helpful to me as it just takes up counter space. I use the Trader Joe's cups, and the espressos are delicious. It even has a crema layer. One time, it did just keep running water, and I had to unplug it. I've just had it a couple weeks, so I'll keep an eye on that to see if it happens again, and come back to update if it does.

Bought 6 weeks ago and now it won’t turn on. Piece of crap. Do not buy. No place for service.

***DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT*** I WAITED OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE IT, UNDERSTANDABLE CONSIDERING THE PANDEMIC. WHEN I DID ACTUALLY RECEIVE IT, IT JUST KEPT SPITTING OUT THE PODS. I RUINED ABOUT 5 VERY EXPENSIVE BEFORE FINALLY GIVING UP. I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS MACHINE CONSIDERING WE ARE SPENDING ALOT MORE TIME AT HOME, BUT THIS JUST TURNED OUT TO BE A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. THANKS CHEF WAVE!
