Made my feet like new! My heels get pretty cracked. I use it after the shower. I had so much dead skin it looked like a bunch of minced garlic. I wished it had a catcher for all the dead skin other than that I don’t mind rinsing in the shower. Anyone who has rough feet, I highly recommend.

Works well for removing rough spots or calluses on the foot. Causes no pain and I've used it about a dozen times now after a shower. You just obviously have to control yourself and not overdo it. It's a larger sized paddle so it might be tough to hit smaller, hard to reach spots. Doesnt seem to have gotten dull over time, yet. A felt this file was a little pricey compared to others out there but maybe because it resists getting dull better? The ad wasnt specific.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I had really bad calluses on my heels. My feet crack and bleed every summer. I’ve tried so many products like this - but this is different. This works. This left me with someone elses feet, because there is no way that these are mine! I showered, and when done I went to town. This removed the dry skin with ease, and I’m talking THICK, nasty skin. It did not at all damage the healthy skin underneath. I seriously just want to cry, this is life changing!

This thing is awesome - I was worried at first it would be too sharp but it's not. It is very easy to use, and control the amount of skin removed. I had a bad crack on the side of my heel from the winter, and a few times using this really helped take off the dead skin and heal my foot. I usually leave this in the shower and have not had any issues with it rusting.

I really like this product. It works well. I just wish there was something to catch the dead skin. For that, I give 4 stars.
