BUT so far, this book is so so so so so so helpful to me personally. It's difficult for me to relax when my husband and I "do the dirty", because I stress myself to no end that I won't be able to reach orgasm "quickly enough" or that it won't be a "perfect" one. Diana Richardson is helping me SO much to "relearn" how to make love to my husband and thoroughly enjoy the act again by focusing my entire energetic being on the here and now instead of rushing it and causing "friction" (not a good kind, lol) the whole time. Don't let the possibly "new age"ish vibe of what you think you know about Tantra turn you away! The way she explains it is so relatable and makes more and more sense the more I read. Like...it's already making such a huge (and welcomed) difference in the way I approach sex itself in general. Even though I'm only 40ish pages in right now, I wanted to come here and recommend this book to anyone struggling with the same or similar frustrating issues that I've had for years in the bedroom. Although we have been married for 42 years, we are now enjoying the BEST SEX of our lives! We connect at a deeper level, and we BOTH feel MUCH more fulfilled (not "just" sex, but love). This book is a good overview of her approach, but a bit repetitive and spends too much time on breaking old habits and ideas about sex. The bullets at the end of each chapter really help. Be sure to buy Tantric Orgasm for Women (another of her books) as well. Buy Diana's books and give her ideas a try before buying ANY others. (I wasted time and money on other "recommended" and "also bought" books, including other books on Tantric sex.)I read three of Diana's books before suggesting her approach to my wife. All it takes an open mind (it is different) and a little practice. However, in our case, we experienced UNBELIEVABLE RESULTS THE FIRST TIME. We both reached deeper levels of fulfillment and love than ever. Or, watch the video Wild Wild Country.It's morally and ethically not good.The author, Diana Richardson, makes several associations with Osho as a disciple/follower and quotes him directly in this text. Nowhere on the Amazon page for this book is this fact made available. It is clearly stated on the back cover of the book, but for whatever reason it has been omitted on the Amazon site. Surely the author is aware a full description is not given.I think, feel, and know I have been deceived. If I were aware of the association with Osho I would have not purchased it.Everyone knows that real love begins with trust. The author has violated that for me, and you.This is NOT TANTRA.The text is on the cheesy side.....The writing style did not appeal to me at all. My main issue here is the deceptive way the book is being sold.
