Will use year after year!
We used this fungus control grass spray last year, and I can honestly say it made a huge difference in our lawn. We had struggled with patches of fungus that kept spreading and making the yard look unhealthy, especially during the warmer, humid months. After applying this spray as directed, we started noticing improvement within a relatively short time. The affected areas began to clear up, and the grass looked greener and more even overall. What really impressed me was how easy it was to use. The spray application was straightforward, and we didn’t need to constantly reapply to see results. It felt like it actually treated the problem at the source rather than just masking it temporarily. By the end of the season, our lawn looked healthier than it had in a long time. Because of how well it worked, we fully plan to keep using this product as part of our regular lawn care routine. It’s definitely worth it if you’re dealing with stubborn lawn fungus and want something reliable that delivers noticeable results.

Fungus spray that works
This was recommended to me by my lawn people for fungus on my St Augustine grass. It penetrates the grass and does not wash off. This is my second year to use it, gets 5 stars.

It does work, but takes multiple applications and double the product each time...
Like other users have stated, it absolutely works but unless you are smart enough to put it down very early for preventative, it takes multiple applications. Also, be aware, if you use the liquid product (which I personally believe works better than the granules) you have to turn your water pressure on the hose on LOW. Otherwise, the full hose pressure will use up the product so fast, it will never even cover 1,000 sq feet. The best advice I can give is apply generously- as in, at least 2-3 times the amount of product suggested- don’t be scared of over applying - unlike a fertilizer- you can’t really overdo- Unless the outdoor temperatures have already reached 85 then it’s too late in the season for the liquid product. Like others report, the past several years my lawn has developed a summertime fungus. Every June I noticed small patches of white fluff, almost like cobwebs, in the morning on the dew covered lawn. These spots quickly spread rapidly around the yard creating small circular dead spots that would often merge together. Then eventually huge yellow and brown splotches! It isn't just my lawn, everyone in the neighborhood has the same issue here in the north east. The past couple of years I started putting down the granules in May. I'm not sure if I'm not using enough or if they just aren't working because even though I put the granules PRIOR to the first signs of disease, inevitably, I still get the disease. This BioAdvanced spray works wonders and stops the growth and spread of this fungus! I've used this for the past few years AFTER the fungus started - though the rating of 1 bottle per 5,000 sq feet isn't even close to what you need. I use 2 bottles per 5,000 sq ft, which is 4 bottles for my entire back yard. Even then, I need to apply it twice, 14 days apart for it to clear up the fungus. Also, I agree that it works more effectively than the Scotts DiseaseEx. However, as other's state, you will blow through this bottle very quickly and there is no way this will cover the 5,000 square feet as advertised. It is important to turn the water pressure on the hose down LOW, just to get the bottle to reach 2,500 sq feet. You definitely want to be prepared to hustle and have your hose spread out in advance to maximize your application. I don't mind spending the money if the product works and it definitely does -- again with multiple applications (using both granules and liquid.) The video is an image of the fungus before treating multiple times, the photo is after.

Did not seem to work
I don't know ... this spray was supposed to cure fungus infestation on my lawn (50% of the lawn was brown). I bought two bottles to make sure I sprayed the grass heavily. It is possible that the summer heat this summer browned up my lawn and not fungus, but using this product did nothing to green up the lawn or stop it from browning more. After spraying, the lawn got even more brown over the next two weeks. So, I can't say if the product failed, or not.

Works fast
As soon as I see areas in my St. Augustine grass that are starting to yellow, I use this spray. Within 5-7 days the unhealthy patches are gone. Very good product.

Works!!
Fixed my lawn’s problem after two applications. Instructions are easy to follow. The green came back! Lawn looks good now. So this is a quality product. Doesn’t smell bad like some other treatments. It isn’t toxic to anything else around the lawn.

Product works. But issue is with spray bottle design.
Works well on reducing lawn fungus. But spray bottle does not empty at all. I have used three bottles so far. Two bottles were just fine and easy to use. But the last one I used only uses water and product was not getting mixed. Even after 20 minutes of spraying, the bottle had same amount of liquid left.
