I've had ME/CFS 18 years now and have tried many things in that time to try and relieve my symptoms. I did have high hopes for these tablets in that regard, but through a process of elimination I found it to be precisely these that were greatly increasing my fatigue and depression - both of which returned to prior levels after I stopped taking them. It could be an intolerance to one of the ingredients but how on earth to know which one? Such a shame, and an expensive experiment that I don't wish to repeat any time soon.Perhaps these would be beneficial to others who have different ailments but they're definitely a no-go for me. The seller and service was good however, product shipped quickly, well packaged and beautifully presented. I'd rather they'd have just worked as well as they looked! ------- PS These also have an aniseed flavour even if they only touch your tongue for a moment, I didn't much care for it!

Omg I’ve suffered for the past 6 weeks with upper abdomen pain following eating and was told by my doctor I was suffering with gastritis which has been so painful. I also need to add I suffer with several food intolerances and was unable to get this under control even when eliminating the foods in question and eating very clean. I can honestly say hand on heart that the first day of taking this supplement I noticed a huge improvement, today is my second day of taking them and I literally have the tiniest of twinges in my stomach which are barely noticeable. I’m so glad I started taking these.

Recommended this item by a friend. I've had bloating around meal times on and off for years so thought I'd give it a go. As far as I'm concerned I've already had some positive results after only a couple weeks. Will definitely continue to take as long as it beats the bloat!

Using these as part of my keto diet/lifestyle to support the breakdown of the higher fat and protein I am consuming and it works very well. The pills are quite large so make sure you have enough water when taking it. The pills have a faint scent of liquorice which I assume comes from the natural ingredients and components it’s made up of but it’s not anything that will make me stop using it. It’s been nearly 2 weeks now that I’ve been using it everyday and I can already feel the difference it’s made. Bonus points for being vegan and completely natural!

I really swear by these! I've got bowel cancer and I felt like I was not digesting food properly. I eat mainly plant based now and wanted reasurrance that all the effort I'm making with diet was taking effect. Chemo give you terrible wind and these are a game changer for me. I've read that taken on an empty stomach they have other benifits. I take them with and in between meals for maximum benifits. I have noticed a huge improvement in my overall health and loo habbits. On my second bottle, will carry on 😊
