Will this fit a 2010 subaru forester xs? it appears to be same set up.

Will this fit 2007 legacy (non gt) it looks exactly like my set up even the hoses look the same ?

Yes. This fit my car well. Though I have the 5eat automatic transmission and had to add an aux. trans cooler to replace the one built into the factory radiator core. But that provided me the opportunity to increase cooling capacity to my trans as well. You’ll need to make adjustments to upper and lower radiator hose lengths though. And it’s tight around the air pump, provided you have one, or haven’t deleted it yet.
