Chef Paul Magic Seasoning blends for salmon is great for many dishes. It is perfect for seasoning Salmon. I add some lemon juice/zest, and extra garlic, and let it sit in a zip lock bag for an hour or so and everyone loves the taste. Even the younger ones who are very picky. Not too much spice.... just right! I use this seasoning blend in soups as well. Not too salty tasting. This is by far our favorite seasoning mix.

I ordered these from Amazon because this is hard to find where I live. I bought this originally for salmon several years ago, but I use it constantly for tuna steaks. It adds so much flavor and is wonderful. Earlier this week we tried it on fresh trout. Love it and can't be without it.

I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Magic Salmon Seasoning, it's the PERFECT blend of 8 spices, the only thing I use on my pan seared salmon. The magic is the blend of spices, sugar, salt, spices ( secret spices ), onion, garlic, yellow mustard seed and paprika. The umami, pleasant savory taste of this salmon seasoning, can't be beat, it's the BEST E-V-E-R !! The exact amount of each spice used is the real MAGIC, and I can't live without having this for my salmon, at least twice a week. I ordered 6 of the 7oz containers because I couldn't find it, in my local grocery stores. IMHO this is the best seasoning ever made for salmon, when the sugars and salt and other spices, brown & sear in a simple pan with olive oil, it's the most SCRUMPTIOUS taste/flavor, love it!! I have been using CPMSS for many, many years and PRAY that I can still get it for many more years to come. I would CRY literally, if I couldn't find it anymore. Chef Paul also makes a great chicken seasoning, I also use ;-) so GOOD!!!!!

This is my go-to seasoning for literally everything. I use it on chicken, pasta, mac and cheese, roasted vegetables, pizza and even popcorn. It also tastes great on baked salmon, which is what I think it was intended for to begin with. It really is the best seasoning. I go through a lot of it so I needed to start buying it in bulk. I once ran out of it and called the company to try to figure out exactly what seasonings were in it so I could try to recreate it using my other poor abandoned seasonings in my seasoning, drawer. I could not quite get it, though.

Delicious seasoning that we have bought before. Would be nice if the price had not gone up and if single containers were available for a reasonable price.

Simply the best seasoning for grilled salmon.

This stuff hasn’t arrived yet but I’ve had it for many many many years and it’s the best salmon seasoning I found. I have a Panini grill and I put some of this on top of my salmon and close it down and quickly cook my salmon and it’s so good.
