Must KILN Fire!
Love this clay! I agree with another reviewer, if you’re going to leave negative comments due to your ineptitude, that’s not a fair review of the actual product. This clay has been around well over a decade. How it’s to be stored, used and fired isn’t a secret. There’s thousands of web pages with firsthand knowledge sharing.I personally don’t recommend torch firing any base metal clay as it’s a stability issue for me. A good proper kiln cycle makes a life long piece of metal art. This clay is no exception. I love using their clay products!

Love, Love, Love
This COPPRclay is awesome to work with. This clay allows me to economically test designs before doing them in PMC3 fine silver. I am just about out of the copper clay and will be purchasing another one.

Good copper clay BUT can't be torch fired! Fires nicely in a kiln.
This copper metal clay is ok but needs to be fired in a small expensive kiln. Copper clay burns to a crisp with a torch!

Useless without a kiln and some experience
This comes with an instruction sheet sealed inside the package, which says unopened (as well as opened) packages must be kept in a refrigerator. If you have prior experience with this product, or a superpower that allows you to read the words on a sheet of paper that is folded up and sealed inside an opaque package, this will be no problem. Personally, I would have found it helpful to have the instruction for storing the unopened package somewhere I could have accessed while the package was still unopened. What the instruction sheet does not explicitly state, is that unlike other metal clays (including another brand of copper clay), this cannot be torch fired. If you don't have a kiln, this is a useless wad of $30 garbage. I suppose I should have read more on the web before purchasing this, but I've never run in to this with other brands of metal clay, and neither the print catalog nor the material included in the Copprclay package, make any mention of torches, so I assumed it was an oversight. I'll stick with Art Clay or PMC from now on.

Dry and crusty
Showed up in an unusable dried out condition… it’s a no.
