Purchased these rubber pad / washers to use with tripod or similar equipment that had longer mounting screws that didn't fit fully into some cameras or other equipment (receiving socket depth was too shallow). So I'm using this to fill the gap in some instances. I wished I could find a somewhat larger, more rectangular rubber pad, but these are a good thickness, workable size, seems to be a durable rubber material, of decent quality.

I've been buying and using Neoprene plumbing washers to keep my cameras and other photo equipment from turning on the tripod screws when being used. I bought these to see if they would do a better job at this, but can't see much difference. The Neoprene plumbing washers are a lot cheaper too. I'm keeping them since they worth the money for the experiment, but won't likely be buying more

This pack was cheap, and guarantees that I have spares when I need them. They're black rubber and will disappear, so having a couple extra is a good call. I mix these with some 1/4 by 20 bolts and couplers, so I have a semi permanent point to add small mounts for lamps and small cameras. They're a little on the thicker side, so be sure that you use bolts with some extra length for additional grab.

It took me an entire hour googling "rubber washer for camera mounts" on the net, and I came back empty handed. Amazon search didn't find it either. After much digging I was able to FINALLY locate this product and... I LOVE IT. I am an award winning filmmaker, with TONS of camera equipment and any gear that needs to be screwed onto something (such as cameras, monitors, lights, etc) easily comes loose if you don't have a layer of rubber between metals. These little guys solved all my problems. I loved them so much I reordered more :)... if you are tired of having your camera start to point west when you want it to point North, then this product is for you. THANK YOU!!!!

For my camera setup, the 1/4" screw was too long and bottomed out before the camera was even tight and secure to the mount. Idk who to blame for that blunder the camera or the screw, but this small rubber washer has solved the problem. Just thin enough to fit in between and secure the camera.

I had purchased some tripods that had some extremely tall 1/4" screws, and when I would put a light on them it would be wobbly. I had tried some simple foam cut to size and a hole cut in them, but it would fall off when I would take the light off. These are amazing! They fit perfectly on the screw and stay in place even without anything on the tripod.

The product works as expected (buffer not to scratch camera and accessories). However, the pad I lost (and thus had to get a replacement with this one) was a lot more rubbery and felt like it would cushion/grip the camera better. There is nothing functionally wrong with this product, but I was looking for something that felt more rubbery.
