PCSsole’s 3/4 Orthotics Shoe Insoles High Arch Supports Shoe Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis, Flat Feet, Over-Pronation, Relief Heel Spur Pain

I have high arches, and as I’ve gotten older, I have to wear orthotics in all my shoes, including my sneakers. Years ago I had a foot doctor make me a super expensive pair that ended up being too bulky to wear in the majority of my shoes. I have found these to be as therapeutic, overwhelmingly affordable, and able to go in the majority of shoes. Not open-toe sandals or pumps, but everything else. They are as sturdy or hard as specially made, expensive orthotics, which is why they work to support arches and stabilize your heels. It might take a week to adjust to the feel. But after about a week, they are quite comfortable. The 3/4” insole makes them very wearable, leaving your toes free. The affordable price allowed me to buy 5 pairs -- not all at once, I tested them first -- so I don’t have to remove them to wear different shoes.

These are the best arches I ever tried . I have severe flat feet and bad overpronation which causes knee pain I've had many different type of custom arches that did little or nothing for my feet. These are very comfortable and they do the job excellently. ( no more knee pain) I will not be going to my podiatrist anymore for custom arches cause these are far better and are priced well and no more wasting time on dr appointments . I figured I'll give it a shot and didn't have my hopes too high on these when I ordered them but they pleasantly surprised me. Give it a shot and see for yourself!

I work in a pharmacy and am on my feet all day with frequently little/no time for breaks. I also have very high arches, a bad knee and slight curvature in my hips. I had started getting into the habit of having to take 800mg of Ibuprofen every morning and afternoon. I get sharp pains in my heels, big toe, hips hurt, knees kill me by the end of the day, and all around lots of pain from standing all day. I got these for Christmas. I wear Light ride crocs to keep my feet cool at work. That helps with pain a little and the shoes help with pressure on my heels but didn’t have enough arch support. Pressure and pain quickly came back after a few months of wearing just the shoes and actually got arch pain/cramping. These inserts are very hard. No cushion in heel or anywhere BUT I think they must correct the way I stand because I don’t get the sharp pains in my heel, big toe, knee or back. Also, I feel like my hips and back seem to be better aligned and now they adjust easier. All around pain is MUCH less. Summary Hard, no cushion, incredibly supportive, realign body, so…much…less…pain.

I had a recurrence of plantar fasciitis. These orthotics work much better than the professionally molded orthotics I got some years ago. They support the arch, hold the heel in place to prevent pronation, and quickly resolve foot pain. They are made of a tough material and don’t slide around inside shoes. They are perfect. I cannot think of a more accurate description for them.

I was skeptical that for this low price that these would be durable orthotic inserts, and wow, I'm blown away by the quality and the support these provide. They slip nicely into my shoes without squishing my feet. The most important is the support in the arch and the heel. The pictures they have for this do not do this product justice. You can see that there's a supporting shape for the heel pocket and deep swoop to hug that arch. I love these. Now I know I can buy a bunch and shove them in all my shoes. I had NO period of time needed to get accustomed to having these in my shoes. I literally put them in and instantly my feet felt comfortable and happy. Incredible value for the money. I love these. If I'm able to, I'll go in on my phone and add the picture to show what I'm talking about.

These stay in place in my Vionic house shoes well. Also they’re very good quality. They helped align my body wonderfully. Legs ankles, and helped with rounding and lifting my butt. As with high arches your butt doesn’t change with age, it’s your body’s alignment. That being said, unfortunately they are very stiff (maybe slightly too high)? This greatly hurt my circulation and caused a varicose vein and several spider veins to form on my legs after several different procedures to remove them. I switch to Pro Foot that I had to glue into my Vionic house shoes. My home currently has slab/ laminate flooring. I have to have better house shoes as well as extra support Through trial and error I now have comfy feet, no leg pain, corns not forming, and no new veins. these are a good product, but didn’t work for me

Wow these are the best arch support ever! My son and I both have flat feet and our ankles bend inward. Not with these bad boys 😂 I have tried so many arch supports thru Amazon over the years and they are all too soft. these are firm and hold my foot in the right position. They will take some getting use to but I am so so so happy I tried these.

the insoles made my running and walking better than it used to be. cant say the arch pain is fully gone but it doesnt hurt as much as before

Love they hold the support and don’t collapse like store ones, a little cushioning on top would make the, perfect,
