Food Grade Silicone Portable Collapsible Electric Travel Kettle

I bought this product for traveling because I like to drink hot water or hot drinks like tea or coffee in the airports or hotels. I like it cooks very fast (3-5 mins) and the water tastes good (no container’s smell). It keeps the water warm after boiling, so I don’t need to worry about turning it off. I also like the case which makes it compact and easy to be packed for traveling. The look is cute and with pretty color too. I like their customer service as well. The first time I bought and got a defect one, but they replaced me with a good one promptly in a week. It works great now with no problems. I definitely recommend this product.

I travel for work, and with COVID, many hotels have stopped putting coffee makers in the room and restaurants have limited times and menu items. This kettle lets me brew my own coffee/tea in my room, and have even brewed at the airport when the coffee shops weren't open!! It comes to a rapid boil within 3mins. I've used it to make ramen noodles as well. The kettle is easy to fold and put away. It does not add any more weight to my bag and is easy storage in my bag. The case does come with a loop handle, so you could hook it on the outside of your bag/backpack if need be. The handle does take a little practice getting on and off, as it's a small toggle that you use to click the handle into/out of place.

This kettle is taking the place of my large kettle on my counter. It arrives at the boiling temp fast and I like the automatic cut off when it starts boiling. The handle is a little tricky at first. There is a small sliding release button under the handle to remove, so don't try to position it without removing. It is easy to adapt the voltage for other countries so would be perfect for world travelers or military. Very pleased with my purchase.

Works like a charm, I like that the handle comes off and it comes in a travel case. It’s the perfect size for one serving at a time, the only thing I didn’t like was that you have to unplug it every time you want to refill it which is a little inconvenient

I travel a lot for work and tea is hard to come by at my workplaces. I’ve had this pot for about 8 months and just love it. It turns off automatically which is a great feature. Don’t pack it up until it’s cool and dry. The handle can be tricky to remove as the little buttons are hard for larger hands. When it arrives, before using, boil a few pots with water and a little white vinegar to get rid of the silicon smell. Then boil once without vinegar to get rid of vinegar taste. I have two others I work with on occasion and they both have these. My friend who uses it daily says with constant use and travel, it lasts about 18 months.

This product is everything it advertises. I took it glamping with me for drinking my instant Nescafé. That’s my go to coffee because I’m lazy. Absolutely wonderful. Fits perfectly in its case. Easy to put together. Easy to clean. Looks cute. I got the pink and it looks exactly like picture. Plan on taking this with me to Maldives since I can easily change voltage. If you’re a traveler like me and love tea, instant oatmeal, instant coffee, etc…. Buy this!

I did not see in any of the reviews as to how hot the outside gets. The bottom seemed cool, but the side of the base will burn you. The silicone itself gets real hot. Handle stayed cool. I bought it for the rv due to folding down and uses little space. Unlike the bigger ones. Heats up in about 4 min. Bigger ones heat up faster for some reason. Will order another one and see if the outside gets hot like this one. If so will still keep. Need one for house too.

I bought it for my daughter two months ago, and she said it is easy for traveling. 10 Days ago i bought it again for my LA trip. But I found there is the floating on the top of boiling water after I use it. I tried to clean it four days but i still can find the floating after the water was boiling. Hope I can return this item due to unsatisfied quality and unsafe for health.

You should be very careful when using this it boils over and spills on you and does not stop till you unplug it from the electricity. I’ve also got steam burns from it it’s very dangerous and I don’t advise getting it.

This is a great water kettle to take with for travel. It folds down small and comes with a travel case. It has a dual wattage switch which is so helpful when traveling to other countries. Its light weight and takes very little space in luggage. It’s perfect to make yourself a cup of soup or a cup of tea in a pinch.

Wow, this is one gem of an item. It is a quality travel kettle. Switching from 110-220V is simply a matter of turning a screw that can be turned with a dime. It boils water so FAST, under 4 minutes! The features are awesome. Auto-off (switch stays, automatic reheating when temperature drops to 75 degrees C. The base is heavy and the design makes it un-tippable. I like that the silicone is not hot to the touch, even when the water is boiling. And it's interesting that you can see the water boiling thru the silicone. The lid is solid and stays on water tight so it won't splash boiling water on your hands or handle. This is compact vertically, only 2". But it is a fair size 6" X 5" (handle adds the inch) round. The case is nice but when it is in the case it is 8" X 2.75". An option is to forgo the case and just wrap it in a towel when you pack. If you can spare the room and weight, it's the one for you!

Lovely and compact kettle. Using 120v electricity it took 4 minutes to boil the max (550ml) pot of water. I assume it will be faster with 220v, but I'm very happy with 4 minutes. I followed the instructions to get rid of the smell - I boiled it 3 times and then boiled it with about 7ml of lemon juice added. Left it sitting open in the air for a day and the smell is gone. I expect this to be very useful in my travels so I can avoid the in-room coffee makers giving me hot water that tastes like bad coffee.

I never know such thing existed until I saw someone used something similar during our lunch break in the park where we skiing and skating. I realized, I want something like this to take with me on a trips to have it in my hotel room. I work great. Contains just 2 cups, what we need and very quickly to boil and takes very little room in my suitcase. That was the main reason I chose this model. Other models take twice the place, besides, this one also has a travel case.
