Have two - battery life is about 36 hours so rotate them
The charger does not stay closed, so have to use a hair band to keep the charger connected to the watch. Have two watches and rotate them when the battery dies. Must turn on the GPS to connect each time and it does not keep my clock preference. It keeps the time (but is 2 or 3 mins slow until I reconnect w/GPS on)... and it forgets the 12 am/pm clock setting... reverts to the 24-hour clock setting). Those are the only issues. Other than those few things that just took a bit to get used to. - I love these watches. I like being aware of how much deep sleep I get and how many steps (roughly) I've done. The heart rate is not very accurate, but I wear it very loosely. Love the dressed-up look and that it still monitors so much without looking like a sports watch!!!

this is exactly what i wanted. it looks nice, does not look like a fitness watch. not impressed with all the features as no instructions on how to use it.

Excellent watch.
Excellent watch. It was very easy to pair with my cell phone. There are two instructional video to see that are very helpful for navigating how this device works. I love the appearance of the watch: it is very pretty and delicate, not clumsy looking. I highly recommend this watch and the videos.

Poor Quality
I really liked this watch, but after 3 days when I recharged it didn't work anymore. I was not able to tap between screens. The only screen that worked was the home face screen. I was forced to return.

Pretty but challenging to set up
I love it once I got it set up. I found it challenging. The instructions are not clear or simple. It didn't even show me how to charge it but I figured it out. Part of the problem is me not being good at technology. It's very pretty. If I figured it out, anybody can. I think it was a good buy & would do it all over again!

Beware! Poor customer service from company.
This product worked great for about a week— then quit! On contact with the company (as per the warranty instructions) after a few troubleshooting attempts, we were told a replacement would be sent. No replacement was sent, and further attempts at contact were met with silence. Thankfully, Amazon was able to step in and resolve the issue. I would not purchase again!
