**Q: Can this calm a puppy down so that he doesn't bite me when excited and hyper?**
A: I wouldn't have thought they would do it 100% - they're very mild. They may take the edge off and help a little bit but I wouldn't expect an instant cure. I use them around Bonfire Night and if I know there's going to be a thunderstorm - they just take the edge off for them and make them a little more relaxed - I joke it's like they've had a glass of wine. Also, they're quite hard (my adult Lhasa Apsos struggle with them) so depending on your breed, he might not be able to bite them. Pooch and Mutt calming treats are better for puppies and small dogs, in my opinion, and they are a little more effective in the calming down stakes.

**Q: Do they have a calming effect as described?**
A: I have working lab (gun dog) and a tebetan terrier it works for them

**Q: Pkease what is the fat content of these.  My Tibetan terrier needs a really low fat diet?  Thank you**
A: According to the back of the packet the crude fat content is 13%.

**Q: My chihuahus is incredibly fussy with her food. she doesn’t like fish.  she doesn’t eat biscuits very much. any suggestions**
A: Maybe try Cesar dog food  it is moist  comes in small trays

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Scrumbles Nibbles - calming dog treats

My daughters assistance dog totally hates the sound of fireworks - and who can blame her? Each year there is the same issue and she has tried many things to keep the dog calm and ends up resorting to turning music up louder to try and mask the sound.I saw a review of this product in a Welsh newspaper and was interested not only in their comments but comments from users who report the product to be effective. I ordered a pack of two and the dog was quite happy to eat a couple each day.Did they work to keep her calm? This is the million pound question. My daughter reports that the dog was still startled by some of the loud bangs in her area but did feel that the dog was generally calmer than before. Given these arrived only a couple of days before 5th November, they might have needed a bit more time to get into the system and work better. Even so, she was satisfied that these calming treats did work somewhat. There are still plenty left in the first pack and I believe these are being kept for the run-up to New Year's Eve, which is generally very noisy in many places.The price of this product is exceptional and I feel it was a worthwhile purchase. Given it did show improvements in the dog's behaviour I am quite happy to recommend this and I'm sure we'll be purchasing more in the future.
