My favourite pad thai kit. Can be a touch sweet so I recommend adding your own lime and lemon on top and a little splash of extra fish sauce/soy if you have it to balance the taste out.

Not genuine pad thai taste, but still lovely.
Does it taste like genuine pad thai? No. But it does taste nice, and for the ease, and the speed at which you can throw together a meal, it's worth it. Both my kids love it, I can add in loads of vegetables, and it's safe for our coeliac. Works well with chicken or prawns, or just veg.
