It was for my galaxy Tab my 2 & 4 year old play. Was a bugger to take full charge tho

Was informed that it would cost £40.00 to replace the battery by a tech shop in High Wycombe. New battery was £10+ the tools replaced it in 10 mins after watching a video on Utube so saved a lot of money and gained another skill

Product is excellent and quite easy to fit. Hardest part was getting the tablet case open but once that was done the rest was very straightforward.

Delivery was quick and the battery was well packed. Installation was easy with the help of the tools provided. It works o k but having only had it for just a week, I can't comment on how it will perform long term.

Installation is a bit tricky but there are videos on You Tube to show how it's done, tools included with the battery are a big help especially in getting the back off the tablet. Make sure the connection from the battery to the tablet is clicked home fully, I didn't initially and it stopped the battery working correctly, once I rectified my error the system started to behave as it had when the tablet was new! Good product, good service and good value!

Initially the battery did not perform, but perhaps now the tablet and the battery have now synched.

Perfect for Tablets

Process to return battery is totally unacceptable. Amazon only provide a return label but no guidance or help to return faulty item (battery would not charge) as Lithium batteries are not allowed to be posted by normal UK postal services. Very poor customer service will not be buying anything like this from Amazon again until they can provide a proper return service for faulty items.
