Taali is officially my go to snack. It feels light and is easy to eat. It stands out from other snacks as a healthier option, and the rich flavor and crunchiness are an added bonus. My favorite flavors are the Tangy Turmeric and the Sriracha Spice, and I usually eat them together (the tangy/sweetness of the tangy turmeric compliments the spice of the sriracha spice wonderfully!) This ready to eat snack keeps me constant company when I am at home, at the office and when I am traveling. It is filling and the flavor and spices always leave you wanting more! Highly recommend.

Using elimination diet and subsequent challenges I have determined that my low back/hip pain of the last 44 years was caused by corn. I find I'm even sensitive to derivatives like corn starch and even maltodextrin. How wonderful to find a popped seed that delights my taste buds while conferring benefits like substantial protein, fiber and resistant starch, not to mention that praiseworthy spice, turmeric! What's not to love?

Update: I found "fox nuts" in different varieties (also from India) in my local Indian market. The price is fractional. As much as I love Taali, they're just to expensive. I'll buy mine at my local Indian markets from now on and do without the millenial cookie flavors.

This is the tastiest snack and very filling. Loaded with fiber. Good for diabetes. We used to prepare this from scratch but could never make it this tasty.

I love the taali tangy turmeric pops and was purchasing them whenever I got the chance. They are so good I could go through a whole bag in a sitting! Slowly though they started using a combination of shrinkflation and inflation tactics and before I could place my next order, it was down from 6 bags to 4, then they were smaller and less filled, then there were fewer listings. My question is how can you justify a 4 PACK of a single flavor, costing more than a variety 6 PACK?! Seriously it is a couple bucks more, for wayyyy fewer pops. I stopped purchasing them, because it's ridiculous that they are allowed to get away with charging that much more, for soooo much less. Bottom line: Tangy Turmeric is my absolute favorite flavor out of any I've tried! However they get docked a star (and I am being generous) for taking advantage of customers who have no choice but to buy things like this (I am deathly allergic to potato and things like walnuts, mushroom and celery,) by inflating prices to unaffordable levels!

We were entertaining guests for dinner and a friend brought these over to serve with drinks before dinner. They were a big hit and I was surprised how healthy the ingredient label was. I love the fact that they have vegetarian plant protein and are non GMO. I cook often with turmeric, so this was a natural purchase for me and my family. Definitely try these!

I am always looking for healthy snacks and this seems to fit. They are so light, not greasy and satisfy that need to munch on something. I got the turmeric flavor but I think it is too strong. That might be good though because I can only eat a few at a time. I think the price is crazy expensive but if it is healty and good it is worth it to me. Next time I will try the plain flavor.

I first tried popped water lily seeds at a boutique hotel in Jaipur, India a few years ago and loved them. Accordingly, I was thrilled to see that a commercial version is now offered in the US. Taali's take on the popped seeds is fantastic - light, nice flavor, and great texture. I am also a fan of the snack-sized bags.
