A: They can depending where. But they will die in the fall/ winter. Either way these are not elephant ears. False advertisement. I got them and they were poppy seeds. Look for actually bulbs.

A: Actually, it never grew.  The seeds wouldn't start after they finally got here from China.

This is a scam. These should be bulbs and not seeds. My mistake because I didn't do research. Nothing has grown either. Waste of money. Do not recommend.
