Does this come with the 2.5ah battery and which charger, the 20v or the universal charger?

The model number R3130-K12 includes 1) 3/8in. cordless ratchet wrench, (1) IQV20 Series 20V Lithium-ion 1.5Ah battery, (1) IQV20 charger and (1) Blow-molded case.

Will the 20v charger, that comes with this kit, charge the 12v batteries as well?

The charger that is included in this kit are for 20 volt batteries only.

Would i be better off with this or the 12volt version?

I have them both and find I reach for the 12 volt a lot more than I grab the larger 20 volt ratchet.
