Himalayan Institute Ceramic Neti Pot - Pack of 2

I have been using Neti pots as a preventative measure during cold and flu season for many years ... long before they were made popular by the talk show doctors here in the US.I recently bought one of these Himalayan Institute Neti Pots to replace mine that broke. I was pleasantly surprised!What I like about the Himalayan Institute Neti Pot?It is slightly larger than my original Neti pot. It holds 8oz (250ml) of liquid - enough for a thorough nasal rinse!The spout opening is tiny so the liquid pours out with a greater force than other Neti pots with spout openings that are much too large.I won't go into yet another discussion about nasal irrigation - it's well covered in other reviews/discussions here on Amazon.NOTE: If you would like to see the proper way to use a Neti pot, Himalayan Institute has a great video on You Tube.
