Excellent product, easy to swallow, and results are noticeable! I've been using these Sports Research biotin capsules for a while now and I'm honestly thrilled. What I love most is that they are mini softgels, making them super easy to swallow unlike those giant pills that are such a hassle. Plus, having coconut oil gives me a lot of confidence in the ingredients. I've noticed my nails are much stronger and my hair has more vitality. I will definitely buy them again!

I have been taking this supplement for at least a year now. My fingernails are finally growing and not peeling like they have for years. My hair loss is minimal and the strands have more elasticity. I am pleased with the results and plan to continue taking this.

I’m in my 40s and I realize that it seems like my hair was fitting and so I was looking for a supplement to help with that. I used to take a daily vitamin that was not age specific and it had more of this in it and I had noticed when I was taking that that my hair seemed to be fuller. I have fine but thick hair but lately it’s just been feeling like it’s fine and not so thick. When I realize the brand of multivitamins I use for women has an age specific formula I started taking them and realized that I didn’t feel like my hair was as thick as it used to be, and I recognized that biotin was not as strong of a dose in the new multivitamin. I did some research and found that this brand and this dose is good to help with your hair. After buying it, I noticed that I started to have some renewed hair growth and little spies of extra hair that showed that my hair was growing and is starting to feel thick again. I have long hair so it takes a little bit of time, but I’ve been taking this product for about two months now and I highly recommend it. I wish I knew about it even before when I took my multivitamin just to get my hair, an extra boost.

My nails were terribly thin and painfully short. I started this Biotin and it has helped but It seems I have to take three a day to see the benefits. They’re still not long by any means, but at least I can see a little white on the tips which is a great improvement. I’ve taken 3 bottles of 60 count. Nails are stronger, but still peel some, but I’m hard on them. I try to wear gloves or keep them out of water as much as possible too. They are easy to swallow and I don’t mind taking them. No taste.

My nails are stronger, my hair is growing and my wrinkles are fading. I’m in my late 60s and take one of these a day for the last two weeks. I had no idea it would work as well.

I just started this product today, however I have very high expectations of it because of all the good reviews.So far this will be the 3rd brand of Biotin that I will try. My main interest is to improve hair growth/health although it is also good for skin and nails; but I need it mostly for hair because I have done a lot of chemical bleaching and coloring over the last year -becuase I love crazy bright colors- and I lost a lot if it, of course it got super weak and breaky so I had to cut it short and miss my thick and long hair a lot. So it has been a process of several months of stripping chemicals away, cutting and for sure vitamin intake, so... I started with Natrol a few months ago 10,000mcg once a day which was too high and gave me a littlebit of breakout around the face (before I tried Biotin I read breakouts could be a side effect and that it could be avoid by increasing the water intake which I did not do). Another thing I didn`t like of this brand was the tablet presentation, which was small but hard to swallow and it would leave a sandy texture on the tounge. On top of all that, the good thing was that I did notice a lot of new hair growing out. After I ran out of these first ones I secondly purchased Spring Valley 1000mcg and I was taking 2 pills (2000mcg) 2-3 times a day. These were very small and in the gel presentation which was very easy to swallow and didn`t give me any breakouts, but on the other hand I did not notice much improvement on the hair growth. I am now hoping that with these Sports Research Biotin pills I will get all the good stuff in one product: I got the 5000mcg wich I will take twice a day (meaning I will go back to taking 10,000mcg wich was the intake that gave me noticeble hair growth results), beucase I will do the dosis in 2 intakes instead of 1 that should give the body enouch time to absorb it -on top of the absortion technology they come with- and that should avoid the breakouts, besides I noticed with only one intake that this pill gets me thirsty wich is great because it reminds me that I need to drink more water and that could prevent possible breakouts also. Another good thing that is mentioned on most of the reviews is the gel presentation which is a good size and easy to swallow and I love the fact that they are all free of artificial ingredients because even if I`m not vegan or vegeterian I hate putting a lot of chemicals in my body wich only end up on a lot of side effects. If these pills do end up absorbing better than the other brands I have tried I might even notice an improvement on my skin and super weak nails. It is also important to consume Biotin frequently because vitamins that are soluble in water, such as this one, are quickly washed out of the body and harder to absorb -as far as I know-. I will for sure give an update on this review after I notice the results, as of now this seems to be the best purchase I have done. It is a little bit more pricy than the others but you sure get what you pay for... Just one more thing which is always important: The delivery was on time and the packaging in perfect state.

I just received this product today, so I can’t review anything beyond the packaging. Holy cow! I adore Sports Research, and use 6 supplements from this brand. 30 capsules in this huge bottle means the bottom of the package isn’t even covered! Incredibly wasteful, and actually a terrible value, price-wise. I wanted to try this Biotin to make sure it didn’t bother my stomach. These small capsules could have been sent in a small baggie to avoid such wasteful packaging.

Ummmm alright. I'm a huge skeptic when it comes to ANY product that promotes hair growth, etc. However, as a 25 year old male with a DECENT full beard I found myself looking and researching all over about the different types of things I can use/do to help my beard and mustache grow even thicker. I read good things about Biotin products, and after doing some digging on Amazon I decided to go with this Biotin product. I've been using this product (5000mcg) daily since late October 2020, and either I'm going crazy or this stuff seriously actually works (FOR ME). I haven't changed anything in terms of diet, physical activity, sleep schedule, etc. The only difference in the last two months is that I started taking this product, and I swear to you my hair everywhere on my body is growing much darker, thicker, and even longer. I'm not only talking about my beard though, I'm talking everything! Pubic areas, chest, back, arms, etc. Granted, I already grow hair in all of these places but for the most part it's not much; however in the last 2 months I notice a much darker thick colour to the hairs in these places, making it more noticeable. I truly believe that I see a pretty big difference in myself and my hair growth when using this product, but what seals the deal for me is my wife noticing WITHOUT ME EVEN MENTIONING that I've been taking Biotin. I told her about it when she noticed that I'm becoming a bit more hairy, but it just confirms my case when using this product. What I'd like readers (if there are any hah) to keep in mind is that: I already had a full beard and long hair and hair on the rest of my body. My beard just wasn't overly thick and dark like I wanted it to be, and my body hair is not much. I imagine that if you already have pretty good or decent hair genes, that a product like this can help accelerate that a little bit, which I believe to be my case. I'm fortunate enough to have good hair throughout my family, but this product seems to be helping me better achieve my goals for my facial hair. Needless to say that I've been a very happy customer so far, and will now be ordering my second bottle to make sure I don't run out. The only question is whether I risk stepping up to the 10,000mcg dose or not... Haha P.s I know this is an important aspect as well, which is the pill size. The pills are very very small, if I can take them ANYONE can (yes, even you who has the fear of taking pills like I did for my whole life). This is actually a good pill to get comfortable with, and acquainted with swallowing pills. It helped me overcome that odd "phobia". Great pill size, pretty decent taste too being it's coconut oil, and just a darn good product overall.
