I've been wearing this chain on and off for 4-5 months. No change in color, no issues. I don't wear in shower, but I do have it on sometimes when I sweat, and again no change in color. Clasp has held up. Fits all pendants that are smaller in size; a huge plus. Now the issue: I found it hard to work with when I was putting it together. BUT... I put that on me. Parts are small, but it's a dainty chain like I wanted! So I just put on my grown up pants and dealt with it and got a nice piece of jewelry for my troubles! Would I do it again? Absolutely! Great price for what you get.

This stainless steel chain is cute. Of course it’s a darker color than silver but the color still goes well with a lot of things. It comes with useful pliers and the correct number of lobster clasps and jump rings (I did not check to see if I got all 50 ft of chain). I like the chain size. It looks dainty but is still sturdy. All components are easy to use.

I'm only giving it a 3-star review because the loops are rather weak, and the clasps themselves are NOT stainless steel. If you're getting this kit because of a copper allergy like I did, beware of the clasps. You might need to change them out semi regularly if they begin to rub the metallic coating off.

Although not as good as sterling silver, this is a lot cheaper. Good size links for necklaces. Unsure if it will leave black marks as not tried yet. As its for myself that is fine. I would not use for any jewellery Im selling though. Its not as shiny as silver but when laid against skin its a good substitute. I am happy for what I want it for.
