Thinner plastic than a milk jug
I used milk jugs (cut off bottoms) in the past but March winds often blew them away… even if buried. I thought these would hold in place due to lip on bottom. Looks like I’ll need to stake them in. Ugh. I should have invested in glass cloches.

Great little mini greenhouse
Great product for what I was using them for. What you might want to know, these are not super thick material, but I didn’t expect them to be, and they are holding up very well. You will need to have small stakes that will fit through the holes at the base to secure them down (I had some from my drip system already, which happened to fit well in the holes).I was looking to transplant a few seedlings out of my greenhouse into my garden beds but was worried about them been damaged by the cold temperature at night. Placed them on my plants every night and removed in the morning and worked like a charm. You could actually feel how warm the air was inside when I took them off. They are a tad more expensive than what I would have liked to spend, but I couldn’t find any other products that were what I needed. I think it was worth the purchase.

Great as a mini greenhouse and bug deterrent
I originally picked these up to protect my tender seedlings that I had started in the ground from slugs and earwigs. It works great as long as the lip is slightly below the top level of dirt, to prevent the buggies from crawling underneath. They are also super roomy so you can keep your plants protected for longer as they are growing up and becoming established enough to withstand being nightly snacks from these bugs. I've also been using these as a mini greenhouse during the early Spring when the weather is still a bit unpredictable. The young squash and bean plants seem to do well under cover, where they still get sunlight, but are insulated from inclement weather. There's also an adjustable vent at the top to allow for circulation. I was a little hesitant to buy these because of the price, but now that I've had a chance to use them, I've found them really helpful to get the spring garden going.

Good product, Great customer service
So I got my domes in and I am very happy with them. They easily compare to a much more expensive version I have bought previously. The only issue I ran into was that the top dome in the package was missing the venting mechanism. I contacted the seller and before I could check my email again they were inquiring on my address to send a replacement. No fuss. No trouble. My kind of customer service. I will definitely be purchasing more as this was a test purchase. The price seemed too good of a bargain to be a sure thing. They we’re nothing short of a good product at a great price. Thanks all around.

Great for starter plants
Had some of these outside during 80mph winds and used a straight long stake to anchor these in place(put stake thru one of the holes on the top) and it stayed in place.WOW! Was surprised. Glass cloche are expensive and are hard to store during winter. Temps are to be in upper 30's for a couple of nights so I put these back on some of my smaller plants. These are great for what they are intended for. As for cleaning just wash them in the sink.

Thin walls but still functional
The walls are super thin, like probably less than 1mm, but the bell/top is nice and thick and sturdy. 1 out of 6 came with a fat crack in the plastic, lil packaging tape fixed it. They do their job tho, keep the humidity and temp up for a sprout/small vegging plant.

Watch the vents if you buy
Smaller than I was hoping. The vent system is nice, HOWEVER it moves with such ease that i have found vents closed or closed (from how I left them) from light wind. Kinda expensive for what they are.

Not for windy weather
I like them but I wish they had a better way of being staked down they fly away with the wind.
