You literally have to be within 10 feet with your phone or they constantly fall offline. I have 300 Mbps internet and my router is close to the bulbs that constantly go offline. Very disappointed!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Smart Lights Impressive Customer Service US based *by C***A on Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2019* After much research I finally jumped into the smart light world, now I wonder what took me so long! I chose Sunco smart lights for 3 reasons1) based on USA 2) they list a phone number & I actually talked to a very helpful representative. I had a problem with Smart Life app connecting, she told me to try Tuya app & call back of still having problems, that's impressive! 3) 5 year warranty (I'm 99% sure that's what's in their discription)The Tuya app worked great, it was harder dragging the big step ladder so I could get the bulbs in ceiling fixers than it was connecting the lights. Due to UPS shipping malfunction, and Amazon's amazing customer service I got 2 boxes of 6 each (I paid for all lights) I was able to get them installed & working before Halloween, but that's not why I got them I wanted them before we went back to standard time. Very glad I was able to. I was later getting home last night than planned so I got to test out the remote turning on lights before I got home. All lights I wanted turned on were on when I pulled in the garage, no dark trying to find the lights then unload the car.The whites are bright if that's what you need, the colors are lovely, I had my team colors on during the ballgame last night so much fun! I'm still playing with the colors & white lights. For a reference to the brightness of the lights, I generally have them only on 10% or less that's how bright they are. I think that's pretty efficient if I'm using them at 10% or less of their full brightness. Not a fan of ultra bright lights but you gotta then for some things....like makeup!Sunco lights have made this customer very happy. Their customer support via phone not just email is rare in ecommerce these days and my personal preference if I need help or have a problem. I would recommend these smart lights to anyone for consideration. I think you'll be pleased with the quality and the value of Sunco Light as well as their customer service, with a phone number (that's a big plus for me as a consumer). So, in May 2020, I decided to put a string of 20 around my upper deck. I lit them one when I installed them, and everything was fine, On July 3rd, I tried to do red, white and blue. Only 15 of 20 bulbs responded to color changes. Then, on Halloween, I tried purple and orange on every-other bulb. Again, only 15 responded. On Election day, I tried red, white and blue. Only 10 of 20 responded to Alexa. Today, November 6, 2020, 6 months after installing them, 7 of 20 are completely dead, 1 of 20 blinks on/off white rapidly and, 2 refuses to change to another from from bright white. THA'S A 50% FAILURE RATE IN JUST 6 MONTHS.According to the SUNCO ad on Amazon, they come with a "5-Year Warranty". BS, BS, BS BS, BS .......AND BS. Try e-mailing SUNCO support @ or calling support on their published phone number - GOOD LUCK!!!!!! Pay a little more and get a lot more.
