So i almost let the bad reviews sway me but im so happy i didnt because after three weeks of practice i can say this whistle is amazing. It works on many levels from honing your mind, controlling your breath, to lowering anxiety. Just remeber to keep in the cap, wash it, and enjoy it when you needed it. Dont expect it to magically work for you, it takes meaningful thought and a lil practice to really enjoy it. Dont forget why you wanted it in the first place and let it natrually guide you.

I love these! And I’m always ending up giving them away so I’m buying more. The place I would buy them is closed and buying them online… I’ve learned to hate Amazon! Good quality, just was uncomfortable with the small tube that disconnects, felt it would be too easy to lose or drop. Overall great steady sound, that projects very clearly.

Great for giving me something to focus on when trying to calm myself. Haven't figured out why it's got a small chain attached to the larger chain but I am happy with my purchase.

I have had my for about 2 weeks now...I’m in love with my Lovetuner. I was surprised how beautiful and well made it is. I tried a lot of other things like meditation practices and apps but this has been the best and easiest way for me so far.. the breathing calms me and the frequency feels great. So grateful for this product!

I'm not sure if I'm feeling it but I am trying, I have to put my dog outside to do so. I'm not feeling it but maybe I have more to penetrate to feel love vibrations and frequencies

I recently began meditating and bought this, and it really helps me control my breathing. Being able to hear a tone on the exhale really is a great feature. It also looks kind of cool...comes with a necklace and key chain. I ended up buying 2 more to give to friends who are also interested in meditation.

This is a beautiful gift. I really love the sound it makes, I found it very relaxing and my spirits lifted. My sons came running downstairs saying it sounds like a harmonica. Now they want one too.
