Can I use it to straight a hair with Brazilian keratin straightening treatment? It's necessary to use the straightener in the hair with the product on

I sent my straightener back. I wasn’t happy with the effect. There just wasn’t enough power to straighten simply by passing the hair over it. Straighteners need more tension which will be better achieved with a top and bottom plate. This product I would say is only suitable for already fairly straight hair. You’d get the same effect from cheap regular straighteners.

Would you say this is better to use on the hair than straightin irons?

It is certainly easier to use, because you can straighten more hair, and cut time using it. However, if you need your hair to be bone straight, maybe a flat iron may be best. I don't want my hair bone straight, so l use the lowest setting. Hope this helps.

Does it come with the uk plug or need to get an adaptor (us to uk)?

Not long at all. I switched mine on and by the time I had clipped my hair up it was ready to go :)
