Are they compatible with Timex weekender watches?

I believe most, if not all, weekender watches use 20mm straps. These are 18mm. So I would say, probably not. Look for a similar bundle of 20mm straps. If you search 20mm nato straps a bunch should come up. Nato straps will work on weekender watches.

Does every strap come with a buckle?

Yes. The buckles are better than ones on a new watch. Also has 2 silver end of strap holders. I sweat at work and these are washed along with my jeans to keep them fresh. I dont put them in the dryer but a couple times they ended up there and they were just fine. I like these better than ones with velcro.
