easy to assemble but easier if you have and allen wrench drill bit with the drill bit this will take abd hour tops without the drill bit it takes 2-3 hours. it looked really low to the ground but honest once you put the cushions on its a standard sized set. my living room couch is lower than these. i used double sided velcro to adhere the bottom cushions to the rattan vecause they slide and its a life saver

Had an issue when I received the sectional however the customer service was superior in getting my issues resolved. I love the set it is comfortable and is a nice addition to my deck. Cushions do slide easily though. However you can try to add your own Velcro to them. I would like to see ties on the cushions so you can tie them behind the back of the seat. Other wise I give this 5 stars.

Good product

Plastic legs came broken, the plastic pieces that are meant to keep the chairs together break as soon as you try to place them so the chairs can't stay attached to each other, the cushions slide as soon as you sit down so it's ridiculously uncomfortable, plus makes it look all messy. We regret this purchase.

So far so good. The product came faster than expected. Two big boxes with all of the material inside. The directions to put it together were very basic but after putting together the first two pieces it became easier. The chairs and pillows look great. The quality was good for the price. The only thing I can say that I saw was some of the foot stands were lose which I tighten up on my own but that is about it. All in all I would recommend for the price.

I wanted to wait to see if this set held up in the Florida heat/rain/sun. I am happy to report it did!!! I do move the cushions in when I can, but there have been several times when I can’t get to it. The color and fabric has held up well and the set is super easy to assemble. I did have to reach out to customer service and they provided a First Class experience. I would buy this set again, but would recommend the glass gets shipped separate.

The only dislike I have are the cushions. They need to figure out a way to keep them from slipping around. We velcroed ours but that's not holding either. The back pillows need more thickness. Not very comfortable to the back.

We really like our set. Came on time. Color is great. Okay to assemble. Cushions went as thick add I wanted so stuffed with fiber fill. Good quick solution.
