Great value for money
A basic trolley which does the job nicely. Easy to assemble and has some nice features sch as the free accessories which are all useful. I did have a problem with battery not charging but this turned out to be a defective battery and was quickly sorted out with customer services (who were excellent) who simply sent me a new one. I play a very hilly course and the battery easily copes. In short I would recommend this product without reservation.

Well made electric trolley for a good price
For the price, it has a very clean and professional looking design. Once you get the hang of it, then it becomes relatively quick and easy to set up and pack back down again. The carry bag is a great accessory as it can fit the trolley with the wheels still on, which means you can sling it in your car without having to worry about getting your seats or boot dirty. The interface on the trolley is intuitive. The speed ranges from 1-9 which you can alter by twisting the nob, and I've found 4 and 5 is a nice walking speed. You really notice a difference to your energy levels not having to pull around manually a trolley. There's a button to start and stop the trolley, as well as an A to B button which you can press for the trolley to travel a short distance on it's own and come to a stop. I would say that it goes about 10 meters. There's a simple green, orange and red light to indicate battery life. I've now played over 15 rounds with it from around the 6,000 yard tees and I've yet to see the light go to orange, so there is plenty of juice to get you around 18. Charging is very simple; there is a little red or green indicator light to let you know when it's done. I've found it takes maybe around 3 hours after a round for the battery to be fully charged again. A couple of small negatives to mention. It doesn't have any sort of brake. So if you're on a hill you need to be mindful to orientate the trolley in a way that it won't start rolling away from you. It also means that if you use the A to B feature that it absolutely has to be on a flat so that the trolley comes to a stop. If you set it going off down a hill you will see your trolley hurtling off into the distance. The slight other thing I've noticed you need to be a little mindful of is when you're going up a hill. Naturally you increase the speed to say 5 or 6, but you need to make sure you're holding onto the trolley going up a hill otherwise the weight of the trolley will make it fall backwards. I'm also mindful of when I plug the battery into my trolley now to only tighten it very slightly or barely at all. Because on one occasion, after I finished a round I spent 5 minutes trying to untwist it back off. Overall, a great investment, and a well made electric trolley at a good price, would recommend.

A great quality electric golf trolley, a must buy!!
I used the Trolley today at Leeds Castle Golf course, the buggy was excellent, a definate must buy. Played 18holes and felt like I'd used a driveable buggy. Superb. ๐

Makes life easier
A very sound buy. Easy to assemble. Easy to charge. 18 holes are no problem at all. Getting rid of the manual trolly was the correct the decision . I hope my golf now improves???

Value for Money
I have had Powercaddy and Motocaddy golf trollies in the past and I find the Ben Sayers is lighter to carry and just as good quality, but about half the price. The Lithium battery is smaller and lighter, and easily lasts for two rounds of golf. My only quibble is the catch on the locking joint. When in the carrying and storage bag the sharp end wore a hole in the bag by the 4th time it is used. Its time they found a solution to this problem.

A good buy
A really good trolley, with a good motor, and all the extras as well. A really good battery, compact and powerful, and charges relatively quickly. Only concern being the co-ax connector; this could be a better connection, as it is open to the elements.

Simple to operate
Only used once found the motor powerful and managed hills without any problem battery still had plenty of charge after completing 18 holes, easy to assemble only thing I donโt like is the drinks holder with 500ml water bottle in it the trolley became top heavy when going up hill caused the trolley to tip backwards on a couple of occasions soon remedied by placing the water bottle in one of the bags side pockets

Good value for money ..
Works well. Had couple of quality issues that Ben Sayers quickly and efficiently sorted. Good value but in my experience you may need to contact supplier/manufacturer. However when consider it is GBP 150 less than the main ones AND it comes with accessories you need but the others dont have included in the price (scorcard/ball holder, umbrella holder, drink holder, travel cover), I feel it is good value for money- and I found if you do have issues they will quickly be sorted. 18 hole Lithium battery seems to easily last for a round. Folds up small enough to fit in an MX5 boot (with wheels off).
