Cheap Insurance?
While no vitamin is a replacement for a poor diet it's insurance that you're getting what you need. I'm not a doctor but I've been advised that 2000 IU in the morning and 2000 IU is safe for an old guy. I guess I'll die healthy. LOL

The pills are so badly stuck together, you can’t separate them. They won’t allow you to return them so it’s a waste of your money. Don’t buy
