Photoshop Elements 11 in easy steps

Most stuff is simple and if you aim for Photoshop CS6(or CC) later with starting the Elements 11, it does give the basic basic. But don't expect to learn a whole lot.

This book is excellent because it gets you into the various features without a lot of verbage. The latest version of Photoshop Elements is 12, however this book works well with Version 12.

I've used photoshop's earlier versions for years without realizing how powerful the programs were. This book is easy to understand, has plenty of illustrations and has really empowered the program for me.

excellent reference for a quick look, not as detailed as some but a good starting point.

This is a good book to help learn PS 11. I just received this book and still learning. I am so glad I chose this book.

Photoshop Elements 11 was a waste of money until I purchased Photoshop Elements in Easy Steps, I was about to throw it in the rubbish bin until I purchased this book, now I know where all the tools are situated and there uses which I didn't before because Adobe had to rearrange the tools from top of the screen to bottom on version 11, so I use this book as a reference book and for the price a good one at that.

The book itself is very helpful as a I am a novice at editing photos and although I have owned Photoshop Elements 11 for a considerable time I have not been able to fathom the intricacies of its use. The explanations from basics gives the reader confidence that eventually they will be able to achieve excellent results.

Chose this book as I was born BC before computers and Elements is completely baffling to me.I found the book very helpful but did find several paragraphs where it wasn't clear how to finish a task.

I have just got hold of Photoshop Eliments 11 and though that this would be worthwhile as a help when using the actual product. It was and I have refered to it several times and find it a great guide.

A quick thumb through seems to indicate that if you have any problems with elements 11 the solution will be adequately explained within these pages. As such the book seems to be good value for money.
