I have PCOS and it causes me to have terrible acne along my jaw and neck, plus hirsutism. The combination of the two have destroyed the skin on my neck and at times my neck can look like I'm 80 when I'm only 39. I read tons of reviews and was hopeful that this might help me clear my acne while toning my up my neck and helping with some fine lines. Unfortunately, I received a wand that was malfunctioning. It was having issues with the power setting and would lose power during use. Understandably, I was disappointed but I went directly to the manufacturers customer service and sent them an email about the issues I was having. I received prompt response from a LOVELY customer service agent named Jessica. After getting my Amazon order number to confirm my purchase she shipped me a new wand handle with expedited shipping. Throughout the entire exchange Jessica was the one who responded to every email, and it was refreshing to have one point of contact and not be bounced to a new agent each time. Im not upset at all about having received a wand with an issue. Its a delicate electronic device, and the rare factory issue DOES happen with any product out there. All that matters is that they made it right, and made me feel cared about during the process. My new wand works perfectly, and I'm excited to continue my experiments with it to see if it gives me some relief to my specific issues. I was able to use my defective wand 2 or 3 times, and I DID notice clear improvement in some of the large cystic acne I had along my jack and neck. I had a spot near my collar bone and after one use I woke up the next day and it had gone from a bright red bump to a pale almost skin colored mark. Overall, I'm very pleased with the item so far, but will update my review in a few months with my results. I feel fortunate to have made the right decision purchasing this item from this company (instead of the many many other brands and knockoffs out there) due to their exceptional customer service and the quality of the item. I wasn't paid for this review, and I didn't receive anything free. Im just a regular person trying to battle health issues, my insecurities, and aging.

I have frustrating adult acne breakouts, even though I'm in my 60s already. I'd heard about high-frequency treatments for blemishes and asked a local aesthetician to use the procedure during a facial. I was stunned at the results—literally the large zit disappeared overnight. But it works best when you treat the blemish at the first sign of it appearing, and it's not always convenient to schedule an entire facial to catch one zit early, not to mention the time and money it takes. So I've wanted a home use tool of my own for a long time. I did a lot of research and settled on this one. Glad I did! The tool itself has a high-quality feel in my hand. It's well packaged in a very sturdy case, with a bit of a magnetic closure that snaps securely shut, and a thick foam interior cut to snugly hold the wands. This is important because they are glass and I'm very happy to have a safe way of storing them. The kit includes a full range of wands appropriate for a variety of applications. This is a bonus for me, because my main interest was the bent wand for spot-treating individual blemishes, but now that I have the kit I will be taking advantage of all its benefits. There's plenty of literature included that explains the purpose of each wand as well as general use instructions. (If you aren't familiar with high-frequency procedures, there are also ample videos on YouTube that will tell you everything you need to know.) I treated some existing blemishes the day I received the kit and got exactly the good results I expected. Also used the mushroom wand over my entire face and noticed a nice improvement in skin tone the next morning. I find this kit to be a very good value for the price. Sure beats dropping $150 for a facial just to treat a few zits, and now I can immediately address every breakout in just a few minutes of my time. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars for Easy to Use is that the wands just insert into the hand piece, but it's a little hard to be sure that they are fully seated into the unit—since they are bent glass, this is a little scary because I was concerned I might snap one off in my hand while pressing down on it (I covered the wand with a small towel to protect my hand, just in case). I think it would be better if they were threaded to screw in. Other than that, I give it 5 stars. I haven't had to use customer service yet, so if I ever have to contact them I will update my review with that experience.

So the product arrived and it was packaged very nicely. Very professional and looked very luxe. I used the product multiple times over the course of a month. I used mostly at night before bed. I can definitely say that the small spot treatment wand works amazing!!! When I felt or saw a pimple starting to grow (when it’s sorta just red) I would hold the wand to it for 10/15 seconds and the following morning it will have either vanished or simply reduced it from fully growing. I used the mushroom wand probably the most. I did my normal nightly skin care routine and after applying my serum or face oil I would go over my skin with the mushroom wand. I don’t really feel like I saw significant improvement in my skin or overall texture. I think I felt more “glowy” but it was hard to tell if it was just my serums or the added frequency... Some of the wands didn’t work right away when I turned them on but after moving them around a bit and turning up the frequency all the way up they would click on and then I’d just adjust accordingly. I’ll admit I don’t use all of the wands such as the hair, neck or body one. I typically use the mushroom, spot treat, and tapered. I’m going to continue using and possibly up the frequency and see what happens. All in all, I do recommend. The price is great and the tools are very professional. Everyone skin and body is different so if you’re looking to try I say, it’s worth it for the price. A one time treatment at a spa is probably more so having the opportunity to own and use multiple times is a big steal.

So I have been using this every day for a week and I've been using it on several different things. I have seen pimples (I get one once in a while) go away faster and no cystic acne I usually get under skin around chin form. I have not been using it enough to see a difference in the few lines I have but I didn't expect to. I will report back if my hair seems different and I also have been using it starting today on my husband's hairline and the back of my arms which I hear it's good for. I used it on a scar which seems to be improving, my face is much plumper, the skin on my inner thighs and chest is firmer, it is lightening a small vericose vein on my leg, and I hear it works on foot fungus if anyone has that problem I guess they could try. My friend soaks her husband's feet in apple cider vinegar, exfoliates them, uses lotion, and then the machine and they swear by it. It just has so many uses for the price. It also makes wounds heal faster and reduces cellulite (I don't have any to try but again my friend swears by it). For those of you that returned it because the directions weren't extensive enough just Google High Frequency Facial Machine and you will find lots of information and even Youtube videos about how to use. Turn it on after electrode is inserted and test out strengths on your hand starting at lowest and working your way up if you can handle it. I use it daily for 5 minutes. You can use gauze between to actually increase it's power and oxygen absorbed by skin. I read reviews where people used retinoids and hydrolonic acids prior to use and that should be done after. Moisturizers, facial oils, and serums work best with machine, always wash first and exfoliate at least twice a week before using. I bought an ionic facial steamer here and I find using it for a minute or two prior to treatment increases results. You can always put sink hot water on and drape a towel over sink to steam your face if you don't have a steamer. Sorry for the long review just trying to share the information I learned for best results. I keep wand separate and I cut foam in box to lay electrodes separate and not have foam life up with them. They are fragile so be careful. It will affect your touchscreen cellphone if you try to use it while it's only weirdly enough.

I used this product for 3 weeks, once every week. I originally brought this to help with acne breakouts and to fade blemishes that are left behind from pimples. When I seen that the mushroom tube helps with anti aging that was a plus because I had a small smile line developing near my mouth and since I’m now in my 30’s I thought this would be great to use as well. I hate that I used this product😞 the argon tubes are amazing, they helped me control my acne gave me a glow and my blemishes were gone. But the mushrooms tube made me loss face fat and volume in my face. I did a lot of research to prove that high frequency wands can cause fat loss and volume😥 the company should definitely make that a warning somewhere on the box and have some kind of instructions on how to use it. I had the setting on 2 and used it 2 min on each area as instructed on google. I feel like this product aged me my temples are sunken, my cheeks are flat and you can see my smile line more and another one is appearing😩I hate it. Please be careful when using this product I thought I did my research but of course all the internet shows Is the good and not the bad. I would not recommend using mushroom tube on face unless you have a fat face and want to lose some weight but on the other hand don’t because it makes your face drop. I loved my cheeks and fuller face it made me look youthful PLUS THE WARNING SAYS IT CAN CAUSE CANCER

It was 5 stars until today when it completely stopped working. I’ve had it for over two years and was very satisfied which the product but now not so much. It should last longer than 2 years.

I have read the reviews and everyone is complaining about U.S. plug. I think most of the people are travelling and they buy a plug in adapter for Europe countries..etc. If someone refunded the produt because of the plug in, it is a shame. They could buy from Poundland a adapter and it will work perfectly. Is like Oral B..all the people buy it and it has Europe plug in. By the way..product is fantastic
