Definitely effectively whitened my teeth with consistent use. I will not be using other "whitening" toothpastes anymore (maybe unless this brand has other quicker working ones?). Less than a month of use and my teeth definitely whitened to the point where my family noticed and pointed it out. Just brush twice a day for 2 minutes each time and don't rinse, just spit it out. Works wonders, i'm very satisfied. The taste is alright, not strong, which I'm very happy with. It's not like candy, and it doesn't taste like most mentholly toothpastes out there.In terms of keeping my breath fresh, i'm not sure how effective it is exactly since i have other stuff/holy grail that i know for a fact freshens my breath (alcohol free mouthwash), i purely bought this for its whitening effects.For a little context, my teeth were yellow all my life to the point where sometimes it would actually be pointed out. It became an insecurity and i would cover my mouth whenever i'd laugh.Take it from me that this whitening toothpaste works!!!!! Again, in less than a month of use, my family literally noticed to the point of pointing it out and asking questions. I live with these people. And usually, when u see someone everyday, you don't notice physical changes immediately. But once you do, you can't miss it anymore!!LOOK NO FURTHER!

but why does it have fluoride?I’ve been using this toothpaste for years! I noticed it got pulled out of the regular stores a while back and happy to see it on Amazon! so, this one specifically always whitens my teeth and helps rebuild my enamel it’s astonishing to me I feel better when I brush my teeth with this does help me immensely I do thank God thank you for helping simple people like me God bless you thank you easy to use and the amount is generous I get that wonderful feel good fresh breath clean the tongue and teeth floss yes I am a fan to me this one beats Colgate everyday x) Blessings

This is an old name from way back it was known because of the way it whitened. It Certainly continues to prove why it is still around. In a matter of a week there was an impressive difference. Better than Crest whitener in my opinion !

I get that yall are trying to improve your productBut this NEW peppermint flavor is OVER THE TOP. Needs to be dialed back a mile.It's TOO MUCH.
