What is the coverage per gallon?

Boat Cover : I have a 24 foot open bow boat. It took 2 gallons to fully saturate the bow cover and mooring cover. I used a pump sprayer. I wish it went further and I would have sprayed the other sides, but 1 application cost over $150 and probably saturated through to the other side anyway.

Can 303 be used in a washing machine

I do not recall if it specifically states that it can or cannot be used in a washing machine. We have only used it to spray the outdoor furniture, i.e. fabric cushions, etc to make them resistant to rain and water. If used as directed rain and/or water will bead up and not penetrate the fabric cushions.

The description says it is for. Carpet. Does that include household carpet?

Yes you can use this on non-vinyl/plastic carpet. However it does produce a strong odor for 2-3 days after application, so if indoors you will want to apply it only on those days where you can open all doors, windows, etc. for adequate ventilation. In our case we often leave for the first night or so to avoid the odor. After adequate drying there is no residual smell nor any discoloration of materials. As for effectiveness, it is an excellent product that protects for several years. Also, you need to know that there are two similar products. One provides UV protection only. The other has a wax additive that adds waterproofing. We use the latter on all outdoor applications. Both have given us excellent protection aboard our sailboat. What else is there to say? We like and have used these two products for years. Good luck and may the wind favor your application.

this product is only for fabric. Use 303 Products 30350 Aerospace Protectant for anything else: vinyl, leather, plastic, etc. I have used both products and they perform great!
