Directions were in chinese and did not help. Do the copper plates go on the bottom or face up? Thank you** A: The product description says "Copper plates go face down" but I hadn't seen that and at first put them in my shoes with the copper plates/bumps face up. Not only were they uncomfortable, but my feet reacted with the copper and had green circles on them. Once I re-read the description and turned them the other way, they were much more comfortable, and no more green circles! **Q: Do you wear them copper face up or down?** A: Generally, use the copper down. 6However, if you have a bad smell of foot, it is better to use it in the upper side. **Q: How to find my size 6.5** A: you trim it down to your size **Q: I am a men's size 13 EEE, will these fit me?** A: Thank you for your interesting in our products. Our copper insole cover US Men's 8-10 and it may be small to you."One Size(Trim to fit): US MEN 8~10=US WOMEN 9-11(260~280mm)"Have a nice day. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Show sole *by U***A on 12 August 2023* Very comfortable, good quality ### ⭐⭐ Pricky acupressure points *by H***D on 10 December 2019* The points are too sharp and tend to prick.
