Will they work with shure sm78?

I know of a discontinued Shure SM-78 "Starmaker" model that is very much like the "standard" SM58 but shorter and lighter, and these windscreens will fit that type of microphone. I also know of a Shure model SM-7B (seven bee) which is a broadcast announce microphone, and which has a larger housing - these would not fit.

Will they work on pvm 380N?

We are using them on Shure Mics. Not aware what brand ASW is, sorry.

Will this fit the Shure PG58?

These fit the Shure SM58; should fit you PG58. I'm not positive.

Is each windscreen individually wrapped? I've had On-Stage windscreens before that were individually wrapped in zippered plastic bags.

I bought a five piece multi-color set in mid 2016 and still use them. I think they came in little ziplock bags. That is how we store theme when they are not on the mics.
