But, I'm making an exception because I'm impressed. My initial conclusion is this fan is a very good value. I need a fan that is small, easy to mount on a desk, and can be used to occasionally cool me as well as my electronics. It meets my requirements quite well. At this moment, the fan is securely fastened to the edge of my office desk. I'm sitting about six feet away. On its lowest speed (it has 3 speeds), it sends a very comfortable wave of air to my face. Another surprise to me is its ability to be rotated up or down and in a 360-degree circle. The only downside, so far, is the fan emits a low-level humming noise which could be a problem for some users. I'll update the review, as necessary. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good personal fan *by U***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 6, 2019* I like the 3 speed and rechargeable battery the fan has. It is quiet at the lowest speed but gets louder if you tun it to the higher speed. Over all it is a good personal fan. The reason I took out one star is that it is not stable when setting on a desk. The base makes noise at the middle speed so I have to put a piece of plastic or something under the base to stop it from wobbling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Powerful and light with a strong clip *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2019* I haven’t used it yet outside just received it and plugged it in and was surprised at how powerful it is and lightweight the clip deals very strong and the shape looks like it can be clipped on a lot of stuff. I live in south west Florida and my grandkids love to be outside most of the day. Playing or pushed in a stroller or wagon. By the time you shade the child there isn’t much air flow I have bought other fans but they just weren’t strong enough.
