Review: VERY ENTERTAINING & A FUN READ - This was a very fun read from Mr. Andrews. Each chapter usually covers a specific story and there are some good ones here. Seems like Vegas was ripe for the picking in the era covered by this book. I wish the author would of gone into more details about some disputes he had. An index would of been nice too. He starts out talking about growing up in Pittsburgh then moves on from there. The chapters are short and brisk and every once in a while he throws in some obscenities. This is just a bunch of good stories from the author about the casinos, the characters & gambling from a man who lived through all the ups & downs that he experienced in Nevada. A solid effort and worth reading. It’s a very easy read, with great stories from the author, Chris Andrews past. It’s basically made up of many short stories put in a book. From his childhood, to moving to Vegas and getting his first job at the Stardust, to where he is now as the head of Sportsbook operations.
