Hold the tubing at each end, forming a "U" shape-- a pool of CleanSmart liquid should have accumulated a the bottom of the "U." Rock this back and forth, to ge the liquid to touch all of the tubing (at least 60 seconds) Then, dump the excess liquid out, and hang the tubing over the shower rod to air dry.
