Very good quality and easy installation. I found a video online with the instructions how to install this cover, which was helpful. It works perfect with my portable A/C.

I needed this for a push out casement window. Really easy to use, though I did have to unstick and restick Velcro on the hinge side. Very effective with portable air con and the temperature was much lower than before it arrived when I tried shoving a towel in the gaps!!

Fantastic bit of kit! The Velcro is strong and so is the adhesive to stick the Velcro to the frame. Follow the instructions carefully and you’ll see it’s very straight forward!

It does the job but really tricky to fit. Doesn’t look discrete as measurements are not exact match to the windows in your home. Lots of the materials hangs out and gets caught as you close the window. A few gaps around the handle.

bought to go with an airconditioning unit, instructions are not exactly comprehensive but we figured it out. It seems like you get a LOT of velcro tape at first, but it was just the right amount, the seal was approx 1.5inches too small possibly due to the awkwardness of installing around the corners, but it does the job and has been essential for a good nights sleep this summer.

Bit of a faff to fit but it does the job adequately. There isn't an outlet like some others, you have to zip it tightly around your outlet pipe. Not ideal but it works OK and keeps the flies out.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Zip rips and falls apart extremely easily. Aoid.

As other customers have mentioned, this is tricky to install as the instructions that come with it are not clear. I had to watch the you tube video a few times to understand how to do it I have also found that the adhesive seal is not very strong so it keeps coming away from the window and I have to re-stick it every time I use it. I will need to buy some strong double sided tape to reinforce it

Darin kann sie nach den Sommermonaten aufbewahrt werden, wenn man das Teil nicht die ganze Zeit am Fenster belassen möchte. Darin befindet sich neben der eigentlichen Abdichtung eine Anleitung und ein selbstklebendes Klettband. Montage und Benutzung: Das Klettband wird am Rahmen und am Fensterflügel festgeklebt, dann der Stoffteil an diesem festgeklettet. Dies ist schnell erledigt, ich habe ca. 15 Minuten bei einem Dachflächenfenster benötigt. Die Klettbänder kleben sehr gut, ich habe sogar Bedenken, ob sich sich spurlos wieder ablösen lassen. Aber das wird sich erst zeigen, wenn ich ausziehe, denn das Klettband kann ganzjährig am Fenster verbleiben und fällt bei weissen Fenstern nicht auf. Dann nur noch den Abluftschlauch im Reissverschluss einklemmen, schon ist das Fenster dicht und das Klimagerät zieht nicht wieder heisse Luft durch das geöffnete Fenster. Die Leistung hat sich dadurch deutlich erhöht. Zum Lüften kann der Reissverschluss geöffnet werden, die Dichtung verbleibt am Fenster. Zum Material: Ein dünner, sehr reissfester, dichter Nylonstoff, wie Fallschirmseide. Ich bin mit der Qualität und Verarbeitung sehr zufrieden. Fazit: Zum Zeitpunkt als ich diese Rezension verfasst habe, gab es diesen Artikel zu einem fairen Preis mit Amzon Prime Lieferung. Es gibt ein fast identisches Produkt von einem großen Versender, das aber fast das doppelte kostet. Dies habe ich auch im Einsatz. Ich konnte keinen Unterschied ausser dem Preis feststellen. Jeder, der ein mobiles Klimagerät besitzt, kennt das Problem: Wie führt man möglichst effektiv den Abluftschlauch ins Freie. Nicht jeder kann sich dafür eine Öffnung in Dach oder Mauerwerk machen lassen. Denn sonst wäre man mit einem Splitgerät ohnehin besser bedient. Dafür erfüllt diese Abdichtung Ihren Zweck voll und ganz. Optisch ist es keine perfekte Lösung, aber das ist auch schwierig. Ein mobiles Klimagerät ist immer ein Kompromiss, das ist leider so. Ich bin daher voll zufrieden und es gibt 5 Sterne. Ich hoffe, die Rezension war überzeugend und würde mich über ein "hilfreich" sehr freuen. Dies motiviert mich, weitere Rezensionen zu verfassen. Très bon produit Nos fenêtres sont les fenêtres à battants et s'ouvrent comme des portes. Nos ensembles de fenêtres standard pour les climatiseurs portables ne pourraient pas tenir dans nos fenêtres. L'air frais coulait par la fenêtre et de l'énergie gaspillée. La climatisation est bonne mais sans joint de fenêtre Pas vraiment d'air frais amené dans ma chambre. Je pourrais dire que ce joint de fenêtre fonctionne très bien. La fermeture à glissière est de haute qualité et l’attache de câble est assez solide pour bien tenir le tuyau d’échappement. Et le vendeur fournira le manuel d'instructions avec les images d'installation afin que je puisse comprendre comment il est installé. C'est un très bon investissement, et je suis sûr que cela peut réduire considérablement nos coûts en électricité pour la saison à venir. Super facile à installer, à nettoyer, sans soudure et parfait lorsque vous vivez en vive
