Plus Ubiquinol CoQ10 100mg with Omega 3 Fish Oil 250mg, Extra Strength Antioxidant Supplement, 90 Count

I just switched over to this version of the Qunol CoQ10 because of the addition of Omega 3 fish oil. I can attest to the presence of the fish oil, due to some initial fish burps from it. That stops after a few days. Otherwise not sure how you determine the efficacy of this stuff without ordering an autopsy of yourself. I'm still alive and well, so I guess that's a good sign.

Like the combo of 2 gel caps in one. Easier to swallow one instead of 2. Do not have noticeable problems. Cannot tell if effective but numbers are good. No upset noted. I use st night and have not noticed any affect on erp either.

I love this product it has helped improve the health of my heart. The softgel is easy to swallow, and it has not caused me any stomach upset. It's a supplement that has worked awesome for me.

Purchased Ubiquinol with fish oil as daily supplement but had to stop it after I developed nosebleeds after a good week of taking in. Took 1 pill every am. Read up on it and should not be taken with baby aspirin or any other meds/supplements that act as blood thinners. I had stopped the baby aspirin when I started Q10 and did not know until I specifically read up on nosebleeds and Q10. Also not to be taken if undergoing radiation for cancer. I'm not a physician but it shows that every supplement can have potential interactions or effects on your body. Other than that I can recommend, just did not work for me....
