The Galaxy Samsung that I have bought as unlocked did not work in Brazil where I live. There is a problem of software ans I can not use it.What can I do now?

what does it mean "UNLOCKED INTERNATIONAL"? can I use it with simple mobile or another US provider?

It means you can use any sim card from any country in the phone as long as the bandwidth of the sim card is compatible with the country you are using it in. You will still need international roaming functionality to actually make international calls. Unlocked phones also have a greater resale value if you did want to trade up at some point.
