Hello, can this be used to repair a small crack in a regular glass? I have a small crack in one of my windows. It’s a single pane window.

I think it would work it you where to put a piece of plastic bag, taped up on the other side of window, so that you could be able to pull vacuum, since it's not plastic coated between two layers of glass. You'd probably have to do both sides to get a good fill.

what is the actual size of the hole in the adhesive seal?

Just over 1/4" diameter (5/16")
