I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews but I am highly suspicious that those reviews had incorrect rocks or improper air flow/ventilation. It’s literally just an electric heater so if you follow all instructions, measurements, load, and air flow it should last for a long time. One knock I will give it is the front facing top cover tab was on the wrong side of the body panel when it arrived, picture attached after I fixed it. This could have just happened during shipment, and all I did was loosen the body screws and pop it to the outside. No biggie if you can use a screwdriver haha. I had a prfessional electrcian install the control unit and the heater. I was very disappointed that the black paint on the top of the heater burned up and I had to remove the paint.
