**Q: One of the pins on the brush is missing. Is this a defect or intentional hole? I bought two of them and both missing a pin in the same place.**
A: In the bottom middle of the brush there is one small hole where it looks like a missing pin should go.  It is supposed to be there.  I believe it acts as an air vent.  Both my brushes have it.  One purchased from Amazon and one from an Aveda Salon.

**Q: Is it heavy to use? I am older and find it difficult to hold heavier items in my hand for very long.**
A: It is not heavy and the handle is very comfortable to hold.  My hairdresser uses this brush all day long.

**Q: Is made is usa?**
A: Package states 'Made in China'
