My child is just about to go into a size 12 so I ordered a 13 to be safe...I'm glad I did. The 13 fits in length but it is sized on the wide side. I planned for her to wear these shoes with socks and I'll put some shoe inserts in as well and hope that improves the fit a little bit...but these will probably not be the comfortable everyday school shoes I had hoped they would be. The material does dent easily and if a little stuffing had been used to pack the toe prior to shipping most of the dents could have been avoided.
