How do these wipes compare to cliradex?

The Cliradex stings a bit more but it does a great job The Oust seems to be effective with no stinging. I keep my eyes closed while wiping both products on my lids Use extreme care in the eye area

how often are you supposed to use these wipes?

My ophthalmologist recommended once daily for me based on my situation but you should consult your own medical professional for guidance depending on your specific situation.

How long do you leave this on your eyes and face before rinsing?

The box instruction say to close eyes and gently cleanse eyelashes, lids, brow, and face using side-to side strokes. Do not touch eyes directly. Rinse thoroughly. That's it. No mention of how long to leave it on. This is what I do, and it has been working after a week or so.
