Great safety harness
Very well made, safe and secure. Instructions for strap placement and putting it on the first time could be better…but still only took 10 minutes to figure it out.

Very useful and easy to use. Not heavy at all but sturdy. I adjusted it to fit my body perfectly. Material is very strong and comfortable.

WEAR IT !
This is only as good as the weakest link, that is YOU. If you don't wear it, it won't work. If you don't anchor it properly, it won't work, if you neglect it, it won't work. Take care of your tools and equipment and they will take care of you. PRO: 1. Meets or exceeds OSHA. 2. Light weight compared to others. 3. Has bright colors so nice viz when in use. 4. Anchored in the back does not dig-into your body. CON: 1. Like others have said, it's stiff. Will take a few hot summer days of sweating into this got get it FORM to me. 2. Fits Large, to 2XL guys, those in the 3XL will suffer. This in med or small or X-small will suffer, you need to get a smaller size. 3. Metal WILL rust a tiny bit, so a VERY light coat of WD-40 or the like will keep this in good shape. SAFETY FIRST!

Stroke Patient In-Home Recovery with PT
My sister had a stroke and for her recovery, we use this harness to help her get to the floor for her PT. NOTE: in home PT. This harness allows two of us to sit or lie her on the floor and more importantly, get her up and not putting any stain on her shoulder joints as we lift her. Also, for aqua therapy, this harness is PERFECT for ensuring, as she is learning to walk again, two of us walking with her can grab her if needed thus preventing her from going under water. This harness, with its use for a stroke victim, is a game-changer with regard to my sister having to reteach her brain and "wake up" her nerves while giving her the confidence of pushing herself and not being paralyzed with fear of falling.

Fine for occasional use but NOT for professional use.
Serves the purpose but what a PAIN to get into and the strap material is VERY SLICK so zero friction to keep straps tight. If this is something you will be using on a regular basis I would NOT recommend this. If you need something for occasional use then it would be o'k. It will save you from falling.
