It Was Dented Upon Delivery
One star for being dented upon delivery. Also one star as it didn't keep the coffee hot/warm as it should be.

Indestructible and super insulating, 100% leakproof
I love Contigo. After my old one finally needed replacing (after 4 years) I bought this one and one with a thin lid which is easier to clean than this one BUT this one is indestructible, keeps your coffee HOT for hours. You can literally throw it in the car and even during a rough, rocky 4W trip through the Australian bush not one drop leaked. Absolutely bulletproof. The only negative is that it is hard to clean the lid. Advice to clean before coffee has dried up and use boiling water. Love the colour, too. Will never buy anything but Contigo.
